WormBase ID  WBRNAi00092415 Phenotype Remark  tfg-1 RNAi disrupted normal subcellular localization of both the CAV-1 and SQV-8 proteins in proximal oocytes. These proteins accumulated in the endoplasmic reticulum rather than their normal respective subcellular localizations.
Remark  (Figure S2c, S2d) tfg-1 RNAi. Authors report testing three different dsRNA sequences to knockdown tfg-1 and all produced similar results. One selected for curation.
