Phenotype Remark  Following depletion of TFG-1 by RNAi, RAB-6 accumulated on fewer, large punctate structures in the germline that also harbored RAB-5, indicating that RAB-6 localization was shifted from the Golgi to enlarged early endosomes. Remark  (Figure S2e) tfg-1 RNAi. Authors report testing three different dsRNA sequences to knockdown tfg-1 and all produced similar results. One selected for curation.
