WormBase ID  WBRNAi00097697 Phenotype Remark  While the cell cycle time of P1 (embryonic cell) division in control RNAi embryos was 1017 seconds (plus or minus 23 seconds), P1 division in apn-1(RNAi) animals showed a delay (39 seconds, P value < 0.003, Student's t-test) and traversed this phase in 1056 seconds (plus or minus 28 seconds). This delay was specific to the checkpoint-activated P1 cell as we did not observe any similar delay in the division of AB (embryonic cell) when comparing control (853 plus or minus 16 seconds) and apn-1(RNAi) (865 plus or minus 31 seconds) embryos.
