Phenotype Remark  The H0 cell, a seam cell that does not normally divide, was seen to divide in pop-1(RNAi) animals. Remark  To bypass the embryonic requirement for pop-1, authors fed newly hatched L1 larvae on bacteria expressing pop-1 double stranded RNA. Temperature was actually 26.5C.
