Phenotype Remark  In wildtype, as the linker cell migrates during the L3 and L4 stages in males, its shape becomes increasingly polarized over time (more elongated). In mid/late L4 stage nhr-67(RNAi) animals, the LC still has a round morphology. Remark  Because nhr-67 deletion mutants have an embryonic lethal phenotype, authors used RNAi feeding on newly hatched worms to study the function of nhr-67.
