Phenotype Remark  RNAi results in a reduction in the number of properly differentiated CEM neurons in sel-10(n1077) masculinized XX hermaphrodites, as determined by expression of the Ppkd-2::GFP CEM reporter transgene. RNAi also resulted in larval arrest and/or lethality. Remark  (Table 2) crs-1 RNAi. Exact sequence used for RNAi not stated by authors, Ahringer laboratory clone used for curation.
