RNAi :

WormBase ID  WBRNAi00087534 Phenotype Remark  More than 70% of the first-generation progeny of injected animals exhibited cystic canals and bobbed tail spikes. The affected canals were shortened to between one-third and one-half the wild-type length, with multiple small septate cysts, and ended in a bolus of cysts and endosomes, indistinguishable from that of rh252 animals.
Remark  paper remark: Primers provided by authors did not match the genome. Spliced coding region sequence of gene used for curation.

Identifier Name Description
WBPhenotype:0000574 excretory canal short The structure made by the processes of the excretory canal cell is reduced in size compared to control. In C. elegans this is an H-shaped structure which extends almost the full length of the body on both sides of the animal, generally in contact with the lateral hypodermis and the pseudocoelom (Wormatlas).
