These results are adirect evidence that LGG-1 labels autophagosomal membranes. In rare cases GFP-positive dots were also detected in the lumen of lysosomes, supporting the notion that LGG-1 labels autophagosomes during the whole autophagic flux, from isolation membrane to autolysosome. |
