An integrated data resource for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr10050 Subcellular Localization  FIGL-1 was predominantly localized in the nuclei of C.elegans oocytes, although some was localized in the cytoplasm. Western blot analysis indicated that FIGL-1 was expressed during different developmental stages (embryos, larvae and adults), suggesting that FIGL-1 expression is not limited to the germline, but may be more widespread.
