An integrated data resource for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is confined to young larvae and 3-fold embryos and consists of two components. One component comprises a pair of neuronal nuclei located either side of the pharyngeal isthmus. Frequently due to mosaicism only one of the pair of neurons shows expression. The second component consists of weak diffuse expression throughout the pharyngeal musculature. Primary Identifier  Expr2135
Remark  Clone = pUL#G103A Other strain-- UL969 Strain = UL978 Subcellular Localization  Expressed in nuclei.
