Expression Pattern :

Pattern  In animals co-expressing Ptwk-40R::mCherry and Punc-80::GFP, the reporters co-labeled some unidentified head neurons, unidentified tail neuron(s) at the position of DVA/DVB/DVC and a subset of motor neurons. Interestingly, PVC neurons in the tail, which are major command interneurons for forward locomotion, were co-labeled by Ptwk- 40R::GFP and Pnmr-1::mCherry. In animals co-expressing Ptwk-40R::mCherry and Punc-80::GFP, the reporters co-labeled some unidentified head neurons, unidentified tail neuron(s) at the position of DVA/DVB/DVC and a subset of motor neurons.
