Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Similar to dmd-3::YFP, we found that a mab-3::GFP transcriptional reporter that contains − 8786 nucleotides upstream of the start codon and part of the first exon fused to GFP (Mason et al., 2008) was expressed in the linker cell beginning during mid-stage II of linker cell migration and persisting until linker cell death.
