Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression of the ceST1 gene was detected throughout development, but higher expression was evident in both the embryo and adult stages. Moreover, ceST1 transcript levels increased 29-fold in dauer larvae, which were induced by culturing daf-2 mutants at 25 centigrades, compared to embryos.
