WSWS298

An integrated data resource for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is confined to bodywall muscle cells and is generally quite mosaic. Staining is both cytoplasmic and nuclear and in larvae and adults predominantly seen in posterior bodywall muscle cells, although staining in anterior bodywall muscle cells is occasionally seen. Extensive expression is also seen in all embryonic stages in presumed bodywall muscle cell precursors. This gene has homology to phosphoethanolamine citidylyltransferases. Primary Identifier  Expr2131
Remark  Clone = pUL#L479A Other strain-- UL998 Strain = UL997 Subcellular Localization  Expressed in both nuclei and cytoplasm.
