Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The expression of the BCL-7 rescue constructs was ubiquitous, including in the hypodermis, from the embryonic stage to the adult stage, and BCL-7 was localized to the nuclei. BCL-7 was strongly expressed in the nuclei of somatic DTCs and weakly expressed in the nuclei of germ cells and gonadal sheath cells. The expression and function of BCL- 7 in DTCs begin during the early L1 stage. Primary Identifier  Expr12126
