Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The expression of MTM-1::GFP was seen from embryogenesis throughout larval and adult stages in many known engulfing cell types including hypodermal cells, body wall muscle cells, pharyngeal muscle cells and sheath cells. MTM-1::GFP was also observed in vulva cells, distal tip cells and coelomocytes. Primary Identifier  Expr8825
Remark  Picture: Figure 6A, . Subcellular Localization  MTM-1::GFP is mainly localized to the plasma membrane and coincides with myri::mCHERRY, which specifically labels cell membranes.
