Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr12359 Subcellular Localization  GFP::RDE-12 localized throughout the cytoplasm and in perinuclear foci in somatic cells and colocalized prominently with P granules in the germline. Confocal microscopy revealed that perinuclear GFP::RDE- 12 foci in somatic cells sometimes overlap with nuclear pores stained with a nucleoporin-specific antibody.
