Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The expression of ver-3 was both neural and muscular. The construct was expressed in one dorsal ganglia head neuron, the ALA neuron, which was clearly identified by its cell body in the head dorsal ganglion, posterior to the nerve ring and its two symmetrical long processes running along the lateral cords up to the posterior of the animal, as far as the tail. Two other cells were faintly stained in the anterior and posterior part of the animal: the saucer muscle cell of the pharynx and the anal sphincter muscle. Primary Identifier  Expr2204
