Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression of tmc-1 was observed in a small number of neurons, including the ASH neurons. Expression was also seen in other sensory neurons, including the ADF, ASE, ADL, AQR, PQR, URX and PHA cells, and at lower frequency, AWC, AFD and BAG. Primary Identifier  Expr10754
Subcellular Localization  The TMC-1::mCherry translational fusion was localized to the cell body as well as the sensory cilia.
