Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Isoform gei-16J had a distribution characteristic of pharyngeal fibrous organelles. Specifically, PAT-12J was present at the basal and apical plasma membranes of the pharynx, like the plakin VAB-10A. In addition, PAT-12J::GFP appeared to be expressed in a punctate manner that might indicate co-localization with cIFs or aggregation. Primary Identifier  Expr11569
