Expression Pattern :

Pattern  We used a promoter immediately upstream of the start codon of pezo-1 isoform k to drive GFP expression. We saw labeling of pharyngeal isthmus muscles, pharyngeal glands, and cells with morphology and position consistent with arcade cells. We also saw GFP labeling in ventral neurons and in body wall muscles, where GFP colocalized with a Pmyo-3::mCherry body wall co-injection marker. Primary Identifier  Expr16581
