An integrated data resource for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression was observed in neurons, the pharynx, and the uterine-vulval region. NSF-1S::GFP is highly expressed in neurons, especially in the vicinity of the pharynx, but has no significant expression in the pharynx itself or in the uterine-vulval region. NSF-1L::GFP is mainly expressed in the pharynx and the uterine-vulval region, and is also expressed in the nerve ring but has no significant expression in other neurons. Primary Identifier  Expr7983
