Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is seen in adults only, in nuclei of the intestine, and in nuclei in the head. Expression in the head are primarily nuclei around the isthmus and terminal bulb of the pharynx, which are probably neuronal. However, a few nuclei of the head hypodermis are occasionally seen to stain. This gene has homology to an Acetyl CoA Synthetase. Expression is seen in nuclei of the adult intestine. Nuclei around the isthmus and terminal bulb of the pharynx, which are probably neuronal, show expression. A few nuclei of the head hypodermis are occasionally seen to stain.
