Expression Pattern :

Pattern  prkl-1 is expressed in VNC neurons. In contrast to Prickle localization in other CE models (Jiang et al., 2005; Narimatsu et al., 2009; Yin et al., 2008), PRKL-1 (n = 6) was not observed to exhibit recognizable membrane or polarized subcellular localization.
