WSWS298

An integrated data resource for C. elegans and related nematodes

Phenotype : WBPhenotype:0001460 ammonium chloride chemotaxis variant

Description  Any variation in the directed movement of a worm in response to a specific concentration gradient of ammonium chloride. In C. elegans, at specific concentrations, ammonium chloride is an attractant. NH4Cl has also been used to assay for Cl- attraction.
