| Remark | Heterozygotes are WT, GFP+ in the pharynx and segregate WT (GFP+ in the pharynx), dead eggs (hT2 homozygotes) and non-GFP gld-1(q93) homozygotes with masculinized germlines. Some heterozygotes will also have a masculinized germline.
